Sometimes we are called to the underworld - not ju Sometimes we are called to the underworld - not just once but at many junctures of your life.

Menopause is one of these times.

As an initiate into the mysteries, you can consciously choose to descend to the realm of the dark goddess.

When the dark goddess arrives, take in everything about her presence. Listen intently; watch carefully. In your imaginal body, bow, gesture or speak to her.

Like the season of winter, we are drawn in at menopause to allow ourselves to release old patterns, compost what’s no longer needed, and be fallow until spring emerges with her carrion call of renewal.
