I’m delighted to share that the incredibly talented @dorotheemarossero will be assisting me at the Yoga for Menopause Well-being training in Brisbane, 2025.

Dorothee is a powerful priestess, a women’s transformation coach, NLP practitioner, and an amazing yoga teacher (Prana Vinyasa - we met doing our training with @delamaydevi).

She completed her menopause yoga training in March this year and here’s what she’d say to a woman entering the powerful path of perimenopause.

I’m sitting at the airport reflecting on the last four amazing days with these incredibly compassionate, smart, funny, and knowledgeable wise women.

May all you learned in the training nourish you deeply through your journey, crossing the river, and bouncing out to the other side upgraded and refreshed.

The training has gifted you a huge toolbox of tips, techniques and modifications to help you support women in your yoga classes with menopause. Explore, play, share.
