Seed crackers – Gluten Free
How good are seeds? Seeds are little bundles of fibre goodness and we all know how important fibre is in our diet. Think of fibre like a broom cleaning out your insides – how wonderful! Seeds are super tasty and healthy, and besides oodles of fibre they contain protein, vitamin B1, vitamin E, magnesium, selenium and copper. This makes seeds a great addition to your diet – you can sprinkle them on your vegetables, breakfast cereal and on your fruit. They do contain a concentrated source of fat and calories so like anything all in moderation.
These are very easy crackers to make and keep everyone happy. Enjoy!
